Chorister Program

The St. John’s Chorister Program is for children of all ages and abilities. Our mission is to create a community of mutual support and respect through singing and learning. We accept children from Somerville and the surrounding communities, all economic circumstances and all faith traditions—all are welcome. Choristers need not be members of St. John’s; they must only agree to rehearse and perform as scheduled.

The Choristers will begin to lead worship at the 10:15 Sunday Eucharist one Sunday per month beginning this fall. Choristers will also sing the occasional Evensong. Everyone is welcome!
